Location: Eastside — Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, Kirkland, Bothell, Sammamish & Snoqualmie

About the Role
We are a locally owned window cleaning company focused on building long-term relationships with commercial clients throughout the Eastside.
We're looking for an outgoing, self-motivated person to help us grow our commercial customer base. This is a field-based sales role — you'll spend most of your time out in the community meeting local business owners and managers, identifying opportunities, generating quotes, and building a pipeline of recurring commercial accounts.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, talking to people, and seeing measurable results from their efforts.
What You'll Do
- Prospect local businesses in targeted areas, including retail, office and commercial properties
- Introduce our services and connect with owners, managers and other decision-makers
- Identify service opportunities and generate quotes, often while you're on-site
- Follow up on leads and open opportunities by phone, text and email
- Track sales activity, quotes and results
- Build customer density within targeted areas to support efficient service routes
- Coordinate with our operations team as new customers come onboard

You don't need years of formal sales experience. We're especially interested in people with backgrounds in:
- Hospitality or retail
- Customer-facing service roles
- Entry-level sales
- Canvassing or community outreach
- Any role where you've been successful starting conversations and building relationships

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
